Preparation Method: Mix 1 measure of Sankalp's Idli Mix with 1 1/2 measure of water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 15 minutes. Do not vigorously stir the batter again. Gently pour into the idli stand. Steam batter in an idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes.

Preparation Method: Put 1 tablespoon oil/ghee in a fry pan. Add granted carrots S coconut, diced tomatoes and green chillies and cook for two mins. Now pour 2 measures of water and when it starts boiling add 1 measure of Sankalp's Upma Mix. Keep stirring till desired thickness is reached. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
