The Gujarat Tourism brochure described Sankalp as the “Most Authentic South Indian Restaurant”.
March 1997 – The Guinness Book of World Records awarded a “Certificate of Commemoration” to the restaurant chain for making a 25 Ft. Long Dosa - The Largest Dosa in the World.
February 2006 – With an aim to beat our own record we made a 30 ft Long Dosa and created a new record.
Awarded ‘Certificate of Excellence’ by Zee Network’s Shabaash India Group in 2006
Awarded Times Food Award for the Best in category Restaurant by “The Time of India” for the year 2008, 2009, 2012 & 2013
In May 2012 Mr. Kailash Goenka became the recipient of Gauravvanta Gujarati, an award for his excellence in entrepreneurship
Awarded ‘Restaurant of the Year 2012’ by Harrow Times U.K.
In 2013, the very popular franchising company Franchise India awarded Sankalp ‘Best Regional Restaurant Chain of the Year’ and ‘Franchiser of the Year’
